Emilia Botezan is the head of International Affairs and Investors in the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca enabling for the last decade the communication and collaboration of the local helix, contributing to the strengthening of the local innovation ecosystem of Cluj. She coordinated and curated numerous international high level events that contributed to the curent positioning of Cluj-Napoca at the forefront of the most innovative and open cities to change innovation and ecosystem building economy. Currently wh in coordinating some of the most innovative approaches as bottom-up contributions to the New European Innovation Agenda, such as Regional Innovation Valley Transilvania and the Rural Urban Hub Cluj.
