Mihai Talpoș

Ec. dr. ing. Mihai Florin Talpoș is a versatile Romanian entrepreneur and social activist, with multiple involvements in business initiatives and impactful social projects. He began his educational journey in his hometown, where he attended high school, and continued it with college and a PhD in Cluj-Napoca, where he settled permanently. His education in economics, psychology, and engineering allowed him to have an unconventional but challenging professional journey, leading him from the banking sector to entrepreneurship. A constant in his professional journey has been his passion for education, which he invested a lot of time and dedication in, both in the Romanian Banking Institute and prestigious universities in Transylvania. In fact, the same passion for education led him to actively participate in the founding of the largest alternative (technical) education platform in Romania: Scoala Informala de IT.
